Winch grease?

I'm overhauling a Ramsey rep8000 winch. What is everyone using for winch grease, any suggestions?
Ramsey's website says they come with a high temp lithium grease. I'm not very up to speed on the different kinds of grease but aren't there many different types of "high temp lithium grease"? I would have assumed a moly grease would be the way to go.

I have just used the the high-temp red from Napa never had an issue...

Sounds like Im over thinking things again. Ive got some mobil 1 red, guess I'll just .use that. Thanks
