Big thanks to Alex, Travis, and the other guys that stayed behind and helped get mine loaded. Looks like the ignition box crapped out.

Thankful it happened when it did and not at the bottom of rail trail.

Am I the only one that's not surprised that Tony took all these pics from the top down on all these badass buggies. I wish my jeep was badass enough to beat all those other ones to the top and have time to get out and take pics!

I took off ahead of time......and bypasses are easier :-*

I really like taking pix of people while out riding. Like mentioned earlier, it was a diverse group and I like seeing where each shines and vice versa.

I've got a bunch of YouTube videos uploading right now and there's one of me actually doing a 10-minute beat down. Well....beatdown for my playbook, prolly "trail crawling" for most of high rollers.

Not many people know this but Tony actually owns Windrock and had all the trails specifically built for his rig to make others look dumb. At least that's the story I was told by the security guard, I'm also assuming he that when he was talking about Mr. Bolton he meant Tony and not his no talent ass clown relative that started winning Grammys.

Thanks for the videos Tony and it was great meeting you. Appreciate you starting this thread as this was a fairly impromptu ride. We had a great time and I can't wait to get back down there. Thanks to Jason for leading us around all day. That guy is an amazing trail guide and spotter as well as a pretty cool dude. I took a few pics and will try to get them posted.

Day 1

Day 1 was a blast. I am not positive of the trails we ran as this was essentially my first time there but I know we ran 15, 3, School Bus, Little Mule, Stair Steps, down Cadillac to Rail Trail then back up Cadillac due to 3 rigs in another group that were all broke on rail trail.

I love seeing such a diverse group out there on the trails.

They may be the same old trails to me but I just enjoy watching everyone tackle a different line it seems like.

Thanks for letting me tag along it was worth the $200 I had to pay Vanover to let me be in the group!

If you haven't been and you like hardcore rock crawling you have to check it out. I would recommend finding someone to show you around so you aren't running many gravel roads. I thought Harlan was extreme but damn. Still like Harlan a ton but Windrock has some of same style trails only they are longer and there is more elevation change.

It was a diverse group. All pretty much the same tire size and axle combo but different setups all around.

We had a couple broken stub shafts on Saturday and it was a great day of wheeling.

Sunday was Rattle Rock day. Jason wanted to get on it early so I think we put the first tires on the rocks around 10am. There were 8 rigs in the group on Sunday and he knew it would take a while. Several of us had not been to Windrock so it was going to be an experience. We all made it out the top. I broke a transmission housing within sight of the exit and there were 2 other rigs in the group that lost brakes. Every rig was out of the trail by 4pm and I loved every minute of it. That is 1 mile of some epic rock crawling. Thanks to fourbanger, Vanover, and the other guys that helped get my junk off the trail.
