Xj starting problems

My Douchebag friend asked me to post this question. He has replaced the starter, ignition switch, starter relays, neutral switch, and checked the fuses, and his XJ won't start. He is hoping for some other suggestions. And yes the battery is charged, and connected.

If it's an automatic, the neutral safety switch likely went bad. Jumping across the little wire at the starter to the big one will make it crank.

is it cranking and not starting? Or is it not even cranking?
