Well, since the project is still tied up in the SEPA review, I wouldn't be makin' any plans. pretty cool, (and kinda wierd) that they chose a proposed system. There has been a TON of work done, and it will happen, it's just playing the 'be patient' game. The grant will help to go along with the money that has been raised, makes a pretty decent cash match to what DNR has.
