Obviously, some people have unique situations. I also own a small business and know how all of the different deductions can affect your tax situation. I bet for the majority of people on this board, though, it is just a case of letting Uncle Sam hold on to thier money for free.

Very true, but if they are like me, I struggled with saving up money, and it was easier to claim zero and then get a big refund, it gave me something to look forward to.
