Need some input on how to remove the torque bolts that hold on the hinges. They are all loose and free spinning. Not sure if there is a nut on the back side or if it's an insert. Should I just cut off the bolts and then punch him through toView attachment 58093 remove the hinge? Or what?

I believe they are screwed into a plate that has nuts welded to it inside the windshield frame.

This. If they are spinning you are screwed. If you take the dash all apart you can reach the nuts with a wrench.
this is what I am thinking, and I'm screwed. To removed my dash means I have to pull my entire cage with seats that are tied into the cage. I would need a fork-lift.
