Whats with the "tags" thing on the bottom of each thread??

um, im going to guess its for a mod to add a comment about the OP that stays for every page :fawkdancesmiley:

This could fail fast.:corn:

yep. I see it's already happening to this thread. I understand its for key words in searching. But wouldn't the search look for those words anyways??

Tags are to make for searching a certain topic easier. When a new thread is created, tags can be assigned to it that pertain to the subject. Then you can click on a tag at the bottom, and find other threads on similar topics, as long as they are tagged as well.

It works great for technical topics, actual USEFUL stuff......
Doesn't work so well is an environment such as this....

Whats with the "tags" thing on the bottom of each thread??

<TABLE class=tborder cellSpacing=1 cellPadding=6 width="100%" align=center border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=tcat>These are the 5 most used thread tags
Tag Cloud </TD></TR><TR><TD class=alt1 style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify">alpinesmokeapole gay hun joopbegay too much man lately </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Oh this is too easy:haha: But I can see this getting WAY out of control

Tags are used as a search tool. But due to users actions that I found out of line--I have turned the system off

Thank you.
