4th Annual Twin Lakes (Whatcom Co.) Snow Run!

Alot of that rock was put there to keep the low side from completely giving way and that stump coming out...no one seems to mention he had to get a running start to make it! Once a few runs have been made up it, some of the smaller stuff will get shot out and make that climb interesting again...The new rocks up top are holding well....it denied me in my attempt, and Andy as well...

So will directions be posted as to a meeting location? Also, it seems as though it would be quicker to go up to Bellingham & go east on Mt Baker Hwy, vs going through Sedro Wooly & going north on 9? I didn't notice a meet up time neither once a date is set? Thanks for the post invite?

This thread IS the invite hippy! :redneck:
Yes, easiest to go into B'ham, and head East on Mt Baker Highway---Not sure of meet time....last yr was at trailhead by 10am IIRC....Jakob???

Its better to go past the snow shed and acrost the bridge and on the left is a big parking lot. That's were I parked last year....:awesomework:

Snow shed doesn't allow trailer to be parked at the shed...The other option mentioned earlier in the threa, depending on snow level-there's a rock pit thing just above the shed about 1/4mi on T.L. Rd...otherwise yes, the lot on the left past the shed on the highway across the bridge...

Waiting for the date & time before I can commit, got a grandson pending soon?

Thanks for the feedback :awesomework:
