It's not that hard of a concept guys. If you never buy anything on credit you will never buy a house. Unless you can save a couple hundred grand you won't make house payments nor build credit to get the house payments.......

Huh, I'll have to tell my patents it was impossible for them to have never had a mortgage on their house...

Right, but if you are dead broke you need to find a solution other than porking over someone. And I doubt Rus is reporting Gabe's good payment record to the credit agencys.

Not everyone can be high rollin' millionaire's like your parents. My parents are pretty well off. But they still had a mortgage.

My parents do well for themselves, but they are far from millionaires, just smart with their money. The house was built by my dad, it started off small and he would save up and add onto it every couple of years until it was done.

Did you do the same? Binder didn't say it was impossible. Just not what 99% of people do or can do. Hell I know people that have a bunch of houses, can easily pay cash, yet still get a loan due to the mortgage rates being so low. It actually saves them money.

For what its worth.. I've been on the road for the past few days doing sat installs again... Been all over south eastern Wa... and parts of Oregon.. Gotta make that $$$$.... I want this whole head ache done with... Sucks I got dragged through the trenches with it.. But Russ did have a reasoning... I would of gone another way around it... To each his own... This just helps show who's smart enough to stay off the drama train and who's just another jr high school girl waiting for new drama... Lucky Jeff... :awesomework: I see what cha were saying... Just got alittle hot headed over this..

No, I did not do the same. I am far from well off and not smart with my money. If I were to buy a place I would be getting a mortgage too. But around the time we were in the market to buy a house my parents said to wait since they were going to be moving out of state in the near future, so now live in said house paying very cheap rent instead.

And he did say never, not 99%. :redneck:

That's funny! I removed Gabe from my facebook a couple years ago after he tried to make a pass at my old lady when he thought I wasn't home. :rolleyes:
