yes captain. ok forget the glow plugs and relay they never crap out on 7.3's and dont cause starting problems until 59* i have no idea the temp there i live in montana and its dipping into the 20's here boxboy i would check the EBP sensor common issue. also CPS is cheap insurance i carry a spare.

i was merely pointing out that you asked a very non technical question that is widely known and didnt even know how to replace a stud. as a powerstroke ages and looses compression and HP oil pressure to open the injectors old glow plugs or failing relay can cause hard starts. even when warm.

in another thread you asked if running short one lug nut was ok for short term. glow plugs get operated everytime you turn the key from off to on and assist the engine in starting.

EBP sensor will cause hard starts glow plugs make a difference in all temps ONLY use ford or international glow plugs upgrade to a stancor GPR also when is last time CPS was replaced?

my auto repair shop is a southbend retailer and installer. NEVER across several motorsports and daily drivers have we had one return or let alone an issue.
