Will 19.5" rims fit on a Powerstroke? Some Dodge guys run these rims/tires. They're much higher rated than OEM. I think they also get more mileage out of a typical set. http://www.ricksontruck.com/

Allowing large rigs on a small trail will lead to more chainsaws making the trail unfun for small rigs.

The PRXB does work great at low RPM's on my 6spd manual. I think on the newer auto's the brake disengages at 22mph.

Ebrake also help cold start warmup time. If twins are in your future might opt for an inline vs elbow replacement. Friend has a BD on his 99' CTD. I have a Pacbrake PRXB on my 06'. Both work great slowing the weight.

I'm not sure about the 99's. The Dodge's I've seen the plug is near the Emergency brake. It's Blue.

I'd prefer to have a 96'-98' Manual 12V in my 06' Mega. With the Smarty at stock my previous 96' 12V had the same power as my 06' Mega as tested at DDP dyno. The 12V had better mileage and better smoke.
