I put the 32 spline outputs in my 205, I can't remember if i got it from ORD or ECGS, neither show it on their website, so you may have to call and inquire. It already had the 32 spline input conversion, wasn't that hard to do

Picture is too small for me to make it out. Is that a syncro chevy 205? If so you can swap the ford stuff into one of those you just need everything (from back cover to the yoke) from the Ford 205.

I would say based on the silver ring it a synchro 205 which is really uncommon. The synchro 205 shifter fork is unique to the front output as well and does not interchange with the regular fork if I recall.

W e took it out this weekend and broke 1 rear axle but put in another and kept playing, i went behind 2 other trucks in the mud pits with tractor tires and they both buried up!!! we blew through it so i was very happy .... and rode trails all weekend ;D but i will still do the upgrades you know this stuff never lasts!! LOL thanks for all the input!! I will post video this week

Im in the process of changing the out the output shaft on my gm to a ford right now and have ran into this problem. Do I just change the shifter fork out also along with the output shaft and it will work or not. I have changed out the regular style 205's but not this synchro style.

shouldnt have to change them, only thing you mite hafta change is the front bearing and seal support that bolts on over the front output, thats all we did on the gm case we upgraded with ford parts, works fine

Yeah me either on the regular style 205 but the shifter fork is different on this synchro style 205. At the end of the fork there are little plastic pieces.

If its a synchro 205 Yes u will need 2 use the ford shifter fork and if u look at the 2 shifter rails side by side u will c the difference
I grinded the gm rail 2 look like the ford because i looked down the hole where the dtint ball goes and saw that the slot was not lined up

HOPE IT HELPS

As I mentioned in my first post, the syncro shifter is unique compared to a "regular" shifter. Thus, what is posted by payne is correct.... If it is a "regular: non syncro case then it does not matter on the shifter if you are swapping between ford or chevy.
