Seems there are starting to be more and more comps, I can see this being good for the sport but also a bit demanding on the Drivers. Seams that in most sports the best show/entertainment happens when its just a bunch of people out haveing a non comp good time. Or a Jam Session of sorts.

Im just curious what the Drivers would truly like to see.
so all you Top dawgs chime in.

I belive this could really help some of the promoters in the future.

I like them all. I have been to werock and loved it. Watched and been in a bunch of fastest to the top. I like the local dirt tracks and mud races. I just like being around offroading.

This, I would love to compete in a tough truck style race through the woods, tight technical but something us small tires guys can do. Just the kind of thing somebody could do with a $2500-3000 truck. thumb.gif Seatbelts and helmets and let it eat!

THIS IS THE TYPE INFO iM LOOKING FOR. More of a what the drivers want, Seems to me that if you have drivers that are happy and haveing a good time, then there probly putting on a good show at the same time. which leads to happy spectators. Most events at this time are fastest to the top. this is great for spectators, and thta is what brings the $$ to a park, Just trying to look at a good way to combined what the drivers would like to see and keep the crowd happy as well.

I was in a race a Grayrock awhile back that I liked. We ran a very short "endurance" type race that a jeep locked on 35's could have done. Fastest time in that race chose running order for the next race. Next race was fastest time up cable hill. I had a blast at that one.

The above photo was taken yesterday as Pete Deck "Dirtysouth Motorsports" was workin on cagin it out for me ;D

I am gettin close now.....

The ECORS racing series, "in my opinion" is gonna get HUGE ;D

From a spectators stand point all of those are fun to watch! I do see ECORS type racing really catching on regarding the racer crowd, and the bounty hill/hill killers seem to have a niche of competitors too. As long as their is growth in this sport, I'm quite happy, but I'd like to see more cross country/ECORS type races in these parts.

I love the woods style comp with at least one section that tests the driver and machine.... like Backdoor in KOH, a place where the spectators want to be loller.gif loller.gif
