Rockwell steering

Are there different metals used for different years?? Cause I did wat your about to do on the front and rear of mine. The rear will not stay no matter wat I do!!! Have welded and braced it twice!! Broke mine off again at theGAP last weekend. The front is still holding strong tho??!! Wtf??

What are the chances of putting a single
ended ram on tie rod ( stock location ) and using these brackets? Will there be enough room between driveshaft and lower links?
