How do you feel about having your picture posted on social media?

Random business owner walks up to you, snaps your pic, and posts it on FB.

If it's the Pole that matters. Then why did it get another option and I can only choose one?
I feel it's cool AND I like BBQ. This POLE is worse than watching JD in a three legged potato sack race.

Changed it, you can vote for all three if you want. And poles you dance on, polls you vote on :flipoff1:

Within your context, I have formed the opinion that you are not fond of pictures being taken, so I don't believe you, or an employee of yours would be taking the pictures and be worried about getting sued. I also don't think you are the type to sue over something so petty, so I hope you aren't the "victim taking action" here. I wish we knew more, but I do understand the legal concern; and hopefully something so miniscule doesn't turn into something that costs you or your company money. Either way you cut it, there's no good thing about a lawsuit period.

All of your assumptions are correct. Thank you for understanding.

I doubt it turns into a full blown suit either. One just can't be too careful.

So you are worried that someone is going to sue you because their picture was taken without their consent ? What in **** has the world coming too?

A few years ago I was dating a school teacher, she was always worried about drinking anything if we went out anywhere to maintain that kindergarten teacher image, a few of us went out one night, we all had a few, went to a dance club in Gadsden and it had these little cages that a couple of girls could fit into and dance, well, her and her buddy is in one dancing away, a few weeks after that, I look on there website, and on the home page there was a picture of them in the cage! She like to have **** her pants! Luckily for her nothing was ever said about it.

It's not just an image, teachers get fired over that **** no questions asked! That's some funny **** though!

After them fawkers at Sylvania drove a spreader truck through the parking lot at the school slangin **** everywhere for senior prank, one of the teachers posted something on Facebook saying she hoped they went to jail and met big bubba or something along those lines, and they fired her ass that week!

Carrying the concept further, say you have a place that you go to often. Say that employees there regularly take your pic and post it. Do you ever get tired of it and stop going there? At some point do you start wondering if they should be paying you to come in and not the other way around? Or do you just get tired of being bothered during your meal constantly and stop coming because of that?

If it were a place I like and it bothered me I personally would talk to them about it, I'm not the sue happy type like some. If they still insisted on it then we'd have a problem.

Not a clue. Nobody wants a picture of a shaved head tattooed up ugly mofo. This is a mute point for me. If I were one of the beautiful people of the world and had this problem, It would still bother me.

Come to my wife's place we like tatted up folks, only one of her employees doesn't have any at least any I've seen. She even posted up my ugly mug on her fb page at the birthday party. Don't have a shaved head but I fit the ugly tattooed part pretty well.

I choose not to worry about it. If they wanna fire me go right on ahead. I was looking for a job when I found that one.

I slammed an old man in a car door and threw his camera into traffic at the sumiton omelet shop while on my fiddy one time for taking my picture against my will. I warned him. That was an interesting evening with P. :drinkers:
