Here is some pic of my rock slider I made. I started by making cardboard template to see how it would look, you can see I make some changes. I used 2x4 square tube 1/4 thick and 3/16 plate. They also double as air tanks. I had them sprayed with Vortex spray on liner Heller Bro. custom spray lining did it. They are smooth on the bottom and textured on the top that way they will slide.

 1/4" is way overkill, but at least you shouldn't have any worries of springing a leak :D

For once...I'll disagree with you Crustein. Abused a set of .120" DOM's, swapped to .250" DOM's and are surviving much better...... :redneck:

I know that 1/4'' is overkill, But when they have 135 psi in them and I hit a rock, I want it to hold up.

Wow, ok. Well that looks really good. Did it cost much to have them sprayed? I hear sometimes places will do it for free with "leftover" from bigger projects. I ask because I have a bumper I'm building out of 2x4x1/4 rectangle tube, and I haven't decided what I'm gonna do with mine yet.

Look good. :super:

Have any better pics of the bottom mounting points? I am having a hard time telling what exactly they are attached to.
