    machine shop?

Keep in mind...most machine shops in Tacoma don't grind cranks (they don't have the proper tooling), they send them out. Waterhouse Motors in Tacoma is who used to do all local crank grinding, but went out of business from the economy. Napa on 96th sends them out I know....Dave did the heads on...

    which 38" tires ?

I don't think they do :haha: ...Brad brought up the Grand Ams and all their tire smokin' GLORY... I think I could find a set though for some "testing"..... Goodyear Eagle ST's are even better "smokers"..... Any upgrades in your Toy axles? I've thought of going up towards a 37-38" tire myself...

    which 38" tires ?

Of course I have, never said I didn't......I've DONE it myself...but saying a car with a spool and crappy radials getting better traction than a car with slicks and open is, well...just an "opinion" from someone who's never tried both. I've drag raced, (and street raced) for years.....:redneck...

    which 38" tires ?

Key word here is "if", but it's not going to blow the slicks off, because they get traction....dude, is it really that hard to understand???? Wanna see dragsters running open diffs???? You'll be busy....http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=228509&highlight=dragsters+on+motion...

    which 38" tires ?

Under YOUR "logic", a fully locked truck will go further with bald slicks than an unlocked one with fresh Swampers.....:fawkdancesmiley: How does a rear locked rig compared to a open one, both with same tires, on ice??? And yes....a car/truck with slicks and an open rear will be QUICKER off the...

    which 38" tires ?

Tires are one of, if not THE, most important parts of a wheeler....so his point is very valid. Just because he's not locked or have the "cool" parts doesn't make his opinion worth less....:redneck: Elbe on the 2nd you say????

What is the best "offshore" brand winch?

I'm more than happy with my M8000.....an older one bought off CL for $250. Honestly, most used Warns, even if they need a little work, will be a better VALUE than buying any of the "offshore" stuff.....

    Public Meeting

That doesn't really answer my question Crash....read my post again. Looking to get an "idea" of it's comparative size with other areas that I'm more familiar with. I've only been to Reiter twice, and that was 8 years ago and I had no idea where I was....HAHA! I'll be there on the 1st.:awesomework:
