Food for thought: Motorcycles that are not street legal are ORV. ORV's might/will be exempt from purchasing the Discover Pass. But SB5800 makes it so those motorcycle's can be street legal. In turn making it necessary for them to buy a Discover Pass. :corn: Damn double edged swords.
