No, the Mitsu box isn't a bolt up. It's pretty much the same as the Toy box (both are KOYO brand) just the mounting bolt pattern is reversed.

Yes, it is a bigger box. Most people do the Toy Celica PS swap, the box is the same size as the Celica box, but the pump puts out alot more power. I did the 80 Mitsu box and pump swap on my last Sami and the pump put out even more power than the Toy pump did, BIG DIFFERENCE!
