    Coleworx Terminator

Glad you got to enjoy it. Jenny Craig and Screamin 2 were some of my favorite buggies, so this coleworx beauty is right up there. I love it man.

Why do you stick with this hobby?

Wheelin has always been in my roots. Grew up around my dad's samurais and wranglers on 31s. Not too cool, but cruising around in those in the woods was exciting for an 8 year old. By the time I was 16 it was bolt-on city and 33-35s on my cherokees for awhile. Honestly, seeing the bouncers...

    Reservoir Mount help

Mine isn't all the way back, but this distance has worked great for me. It also still has gravity working with it. DSCN2278 [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/146897672@N05/]

Direction changing events in your off roading hobby

As a 16 year old, I became fond of cherokees. That immediately led to putting on lifts, 33-35" tires and lincoln locking the rear (always swapping in a 29 spline 8.25). My friends and I all did that, had plenty of fun for a few years with similar set ups. Money was spent elsewhere as well. I...

    Cruze in style

I like those acura tls too jd, especially with the nice type s wheels. My favorite subaru is a blue 04 sti, and that doesnt make any sense to buy. Too much to go wrong, getting older, bad mpgs. I agree though man. Ive never owned a boring car in my life, but the buggy and tow rig always need...

    Cruze in style

Thanks guys. Yes I am open to similar cars. My parents bought a new Focus in 2012 and so far, so good on their car. I've thought about that route too.

    Cruze in style

Thinking about doing something unusual for me and picking up a commuter car. I am leaning towards a 2012-14 Cruze. Any reason I shouldn't? Also I really don't want a turbo, because it seems like one more thing that can fail. What motor is just naturally aspirated in those things?

    Painting Tube

I think brake parts cleaner would work, but when it comes to cleaning a bulk amount of tube, I have preferred dumping acetone on shop paper towels and going to town. Throwing away many paper towels in the process.

    Building or Driving?

I don't mind the building/upgrading of a nice wheeling rig, some of it is fun...ish. 2 problems though: 1. If I'm building it, that means I can't toss it on a trailer and go have fun at any moment of my choosing. 2. It takes so much time away from other aspects of life if I have to be...

    What is building a buggy?

I bought a new, bare bones chassis, even had to add some tubes to it still. Did damn near everything on it from there, then brought in a friend to do an excellent job wiring it up for me. So I have to say I bought the chassis and built it from there. Honestly though unless you have done that...

Everyone's thoughts on changing the name of a buggy.

I, for one, am glad buggies have names because when I talk about them to people/friends, it is easy as hell to say exactly what buggy I am talking about. The more time passes, the more likely it is an individual would have owned more than 1 buggy, so to say "John's buggy" does not cover what...
