Iron Duck Fab #8 my buggy build

I saw this machine at Hale Mtn one time and it is very nice. Love Jduck's work and would love to have one of his chassis.

Tennessee Mojo - 2015 Wide Open Design build

These are two of the baddest buggies around IMO. Maybe one day I'll be able to see them on the trail.

    Cash's Sammy

Your son will really appreciate and cherish this time that you spend with him now. And that is a sweet little project for you two to spend time together on. Like you I appreciate all the time that I have with my parents. I'm very close to both of them and not a day goes by when I don't tell them...

    KMcminn's new rig

This is probably the nicest YJ that I have ever seen, really is a super sharp rig thumb.gif. I hated to see you roll it again. Are you going to put another windshield frame on again or just run it without?

    Samurai Transfer Case is winning

Pulled the case out and ordered a few parts for it, (shifter sheet, detent spring an ball) it's on the bench now but I'm waiting on the parts to show before I tear it down again. The shifter sheet was cracked on two sides though, I've heard that this could be a possible cause of my issue.

    Samurai Transfer Case is winning

I'm now using a custom cradle built by rckcrler (Mo), it is built kinda like the LowRange EOS Extreme cradle with a spline. The case never broke until I put a mighty kong on it, it literally broke the first ride out with it. I'm not knocking the mighty kong, but my experience wasn't good with one.

    Samurai Transfer Case is winning

I'll check the shifter sheet first. I know that front output wasn't broken when I put it back together. So it would've had to break when I backed the buggy out of the shop last night to test. It seems to really want to engage but just doesn't quite get there.

    Samurai Transfer Case is winning

Also, everything still looked good when I put it together this time. Gears were good, bearings are good, as far as I can tell everything is good except for my dumbass and apparently my process of putting it back together. I honestly feel like I put everything together correctly, I really took my...

    Samurai Transfer Case is winning

Guys I'm about to lose my mind on this one, it has to be something simple that my dumbass isn't doing correctly. I have a samurai case with new 6:5 gears that I busted at Hawk Pride. I pulled the busted case apart and the gears and everything are still in great condition. So I buy a used case...

    Another air shock question

I have the same shocks that you have Jon, and they do not have a spring in them.

Super Mega Ultra Extreme Dana 30

Just one quick question for you. I am building this bitchin crawler, it is in stock form now. What axle set do you recommend putting under it? It will be used every day to go back and forth to my mailbox, keep in mind I am from Alabama and am a "little backwoods". There is a good chance that I...
