    07 Chevy trail-blazer charge light

Thanks guys, good info. That makes a lot of sense as to why I read so much BS on other boards with weekend wrenchers who keep saying to replace every thing under the sun. I hate that type of work.

    07 Chevy trail-blazer charge light

I've spent the last few weeks reading threads on various forums and either my search skills suck or my problem seems to be just a little different then what I keep reading about. The wife has a 2007 Trailblazer with the 4.2, 120k and motor/accessories are all stock as far as I know. When the...

    Toyota clutch master cyl bleeding

Well I pulled the slave apart, lubed the seal up with DOT 3 fluid, then filled it full of fluid and put it back it. At the same time I pulled the pin out of the pedal/master cyl assembly. Was able to bleed it once I did that. So new question... I have a centerforce clutch, don't remember the...

    Toyota clutch master cyl bleeding

I've pulled the bleeder, and blown through the slave, and didn't get debris out the hole where the hardline threads in. Or do you mean actually pull the piston out?

    Toyota clutch master cyl bleeding

I give up, I posted on Pirate and I'm posting here. Need some help figuring this out. It's Tuesday so I'm taking my chances, need pointers on getting my clutch master cylinder bled. Apologies for the long post, but wanted to get as many details as what I've tried out there. 85 4runner...

Mike can you get me a measurement on that fan housing, I'll check our shop too. I'm sure one of us HVAC guys or G/C's has something laying around that'll fit.

Where do you live? I'm pretty sure I have some extras laying around, I went to the T/G trunnion eliminators, I got tired of replacing bearings every year.

This is the post Choppy was looking for. http://www.nw-wheelers.com/forum/showpost.php?p=542982&postcount=485 Granted if I recall this was partially because Brian was doing a burn-out or something on pavement. Either way, it twisted up good.

    Cone washers suck

I'm not sure why one of you ass-hats didn't tell me to use a press and press the arm off. :fawkdancesmiley: Not sure why I didn't think of it sooner. I was a bit scared, still have the cast HF arbor plates. I need to cut some steel for new ones. It's apart now. This press has paid for itself...

    Cone washers suck

Did that, many times. Tried that. Even took an old flat head and ground it down so it fit the groove better and tried it. No luck. Normally that's what'd I'd do but I blew up the trunnion bearings again, so I'm installing the eliminator kit. So the arms have to come off.

    Cone washers suck

Bachelor for the weekend, so i thought I'd finally get my front axle torn apart and repaired. Can't get the 4 cone washers loose in the hi-steer arms. I've had them sitting in penetrating oil for 3 days. Tried all the normal tricks, hit them with a acetylene torch to get them warm. Nothing...

Project Rusty, turning a rusty turd into a slightly less rusty turd...

Tahuya is supposedly having a bunch of trail work done, they've mentioned it at the last couple PNW meetings. I know they started some of it, and at some point this summer I think they are starting to re-route part of the south loop trail which will add a good chunk of mileage. You could check...

those old school Toyota logos are pretty sweet. Where'd you guys find them? Wouldn't really look right on the 4runner but I'd put one on the beer fridge.

What Jim said. They are bad people. Whats your plan for getting the rig out? You going to take the whole family out to Elbe or going to do something a little less muddy first?
