1999 suburban door locks issue

bought a 3/4 ton suburban today to use as a tow rig. when I hit the door lock button the locks sound like they are trying to lock or unlock but doesnt have enough juice.

could this be a door lock Actuator issue? if so would I need to replace all 4 doors and batch hatch at the same time?

Either a lack of voltage being supplied from the master switch, or actuators are failing....usually just replace the bad ones...

Replace all actuators. You can go thru and replace one at a time but more than likely all of them either have too much internal resistance or sliding mechanism within the actuator is binding up. I have done a few...

Is this the switch on the drivers door, or the key fob?
You cannot get it to lock OR unlock with this switch?
Did you try the one on the passenger side rear pillar? What does it do?
