I bought the material off Ebay. Bimini top material. I put aluminum grommets in them to keep from ripping the material with the zip ties.

The hood looks better than the roof. Like anything you get better the more you do.

Why not just make a real hood and roof?

I dont want a real hood or roof. The buggy has roof inserts but they let water through. I have these folded up in a back pack pack that I carry riding with me. I could put them on in about 5 minutes.

I just cut it and did grommets. First time I tried glue and velcro it did not work for me.

Awesome looking buggy, love that it has an LS3.

I found an old tonneau cover on craigslist (back when it was cool) for cheap and chopped it up, used grommets and zip ties as well.

No, you cant see nothing with it over the motor. It's like driving a jeep at that point but hopefully it will keep some electronics somewhat dry. Only videos of it in the woods is coming up the entrance of the subdivision. I have not had much seat time lately been busy with life.
