22re harness compatibility...

Are all 22re harnesses created equal? Or do I need my year specific engine harness?
On the Older Subie stuff the plugs changed every so often, and wires got put in different configs.
I need to make sure the harness I pick up is plug and play with my trucks harness.
What say ye?

yep, unique to every few years. resistor and non resistor injectors also.

You wouldna happen to know if an 85 2wd extracab 22re was resistor or non? Or how to tell that difference?

I want to try an merge the Sube harness and Toyota harness. And let the Toy brain run it all.
