I got the 3k springs and a #10 plate

and i know it isnt super hard i just get indidmated i guess

I can't seem to find the exact thread that illustrates the procedure...but it is there!!! :awesomework: There are a couple stickies in the 12V section that do explain it though!!! (Sorry it took so long to post back, I got sucked into the forum reading about it all!!!:haha...

I did mine on my old 12v, and had never worked on a diesel before. Install was pretty simple after reading the instructions a couple times.
