The Bill HR2, in the Alabama House of Representatives allowing citizens to possess and own Short-Barreled Rifles and Shotguns with a Federal Tax Stamp just passed 83-7. It is now going to be voted on in the State Senate. Please call or write the State Senator of your district and ask him to support the bill. Currently, Alabama is the only state in the Southeast that does not allow SBR’s and SBS’s. This is not in accordance with Federal Law or the 2nd amendment. We can change this if the bill passes.
