I've been excited to see this. I looked on History Channel website but don't see any program info or streaming capability.

Carl Jantz (Jantz Engineering) AKA: Jantz4x4.com and his buddy Rich Rudman AKA "Madman" got a chance to compete in this event.

The History channel paid for each team a weekly salary to shoot the series over the months of July & August this year.
The production company picked up Super Jeep out of his drive way, & delivered it to the landing they were based out of for 2 months. Then dropped it back to his drive way in September.
It premiers on November 30th on the History channel.
Carl won the North West Rock Crawlers 2000 extreme class, & he developed what is now the "Yukon Joint" Randy's Ring & Pinion sells.
We were sent to compete in the UROC competition in Cedar City, Ut to promote the proto types. The travel channel filmed the event, & Super Jeep got a couple seconds of fame too.
I'm looking forward to seeing it too. I don't have cable. But, eventually, I'll catch a rerun or something on Netflix.
It'll be fun to see who wins $100K!!!

Not sure how long it takes for them to put full episodes on the site but they do have them for most of the History Channel Shows @ History.com If you know someone with cable or satellite you could get their provider login info and watch the shows live on the internet via the same website.

So, at the risk of starting a s**t storm, do you guys really think this show is going to help improve our PR? If you do, you need something realined. When this get on for real, the ecotards are gonna have a field day with it, and we're going to lose just so the nimnobs at History Channel can make a buck on advertising. This needs to be killed...:stirpot:

I think it will be in how they narrate the show and what all they do show.

You would think the ecotards would be having field days with Ax men, gold rush, ice road truckers and they seem to still be around?

I think it will briefly increase total number of wheelers and maybe sway some people for the better but it will be a small window to jump on to get anything done.

Im sure they will portray us as eco minded, friends of the wilderness. Tread lightly is sure to be the theme.

My daughter and I were having breakfast last winter at the Mountain View diner. There was a rover group doing their "trail brief" and getting ready to head up the mountain.

The kid said "cool jeeps!" (which drew some stares) and started heading over to check them out. I told her "no dear, those are land rovers", took her by the hand and we left. :redneck:

I saw that. At least Carl and Rich put on the lap belts. Which is typically how I wheel too. Only put the full harness on when hauling ass.

There are some pretty strange characters on that show. I just wonder how they got picked.
