My buddy caught this in Riffe lake and we cant figure out what it is.

I don't know if the program is still funded. But in years past retired people used to make tidy sums of money catching Squawfish on the Columbia and Snake Rivers. The program paid up to $7.00 each fish. No limit except what Social Security had as income level limits.

Yup. The boat ramp by my house has a little van that sits there damn near all summer paying people for the things.

yep it is and a very lucrative hobby if your not working. a buddy of mine was layed off and made about 60gs fishing for them everyday. of course he lives about an hour from the river. no rod limit and a blast.
