?? the closest i have found them for sale is in south carolina?? i think they are about perfect for what my future rig specs and the parts i have been collecting.

Have you contacted Michellin for a dealer? My bet is they are not avail. since they are new military issue only right now. And SC is where they are made or headquartered.
