Bfg reds measure 39?

Do the crawlers measure out to a true size of 39"? My current 40s are 37s just trying to figure out what brands measure true size.
 
Measure horizontally. I always ran about 8 psi in mine, from the ground up, they would be a little shorter than 39 bc of low psi, but measuring horizontally, they were dead on 39.

This is a brand new 39 mounted on a 17x9 raceline, about 10lb of air, and the only weight on it, is it's bolted to a 14 bolt.

ok thanks for posting that. when did you pick those up because I'm also seeing pictures of a new lug pattern? some smaller lugs on the outside maybe something new?
