cookeville area mountain biking

hey guys, coming up for the weekend to Gainesboro (farm). looking for some bike trails. I'm an old fart so I try not to leave the ground to much. anything close that I could try?

They just opened a new trail at Cane Creek Park. I just got home from riding it.

Lock4 in Gallatin is the closest big/well known mountain bike park/area

What weekend are you coming up?

we are heading up towards Cookeville tomorrow night
