D60 disc brake rotors??

where can i find or do I have to make something work? I need to find rear disc rotors for a dana 60 must be 5 on 5.5bolt pattern Warn full floater kit.The best I can come up with is Rotors off of a 1978 cj or a scout. Both have 1.1/8 thick that I need;ButThe center needs to be cut out larger.The brake hangers I'm using are the one off of a wagoneer.

I could machine out the centers if it would make life easy for ya. 2 6ers of red dog and yer good.
