Dana 30 Axle Lenght?

I could really use some stronger front shafts for the front of my 2006 Rubicon, I have broke 2 in the last couple months, and it is still stock!

what size tires are you running? Also when your breaking it what are you doing? Might be operators error. I only broke 1 shaft but through a few u-joint caps

The Rubicon is still stock. It still has the original tires on it. Both shafts were broken in the snow. The first time all 4 stub ears broke, 2nd time one cap spit out, than the other. It was drivers error, because if no one was driving, it would not have broke!:haha: Both times it was the drivers side shaft. This time the Jeep dealer replaced the shaft assembly, knuckle, wheelbearing and upper balljoint, if it was not under warranty, it would have cost about $2000. to fix (dealer price).
