13 days till opening day here in bama but anybody from outa state killing em yet. Looks like were goin have another good acorn crop again

My boss calls me the other day to tell me I need to leave for Ohio on the 15th. Then says I hope this doesn't affect your hunting on opening day ???

Opened Monday in Mississippi. Buddy and I doubled up. He got a large 8pt and i put meat on the table. Good way to start the season.

Its been open in TN for a couple weeks now. Seen a good one opening morn. about 50yds. but no shot.

Just does and small bucks since.

All my spare time has gone to fixing the wifes car and work but this weekend I'll be out. My uncle got a decent 6 pointer opening day and a doe the next day. Both out of my stand. TN here too. Looking forward to a fall turkey season for the first time since I don't know when here starting next weekend. Just gonna be hard watching a deer walk by knowing all I got is #4 shot and it's bow for them. I tried bow hunting turkeys but the one I shot I never found, saw it run with an arrow all the way through it.
