DNR has updated their rules

I just got this in my e-mail from the DNR....covers changes in the rules and you may just wanna take a look and comment if possable...

Revisions to Recreation Rules approved by board of natural resources
These rules become final on March 14, 2009 following the 30-day waiting period.

I like this one
"Motor vehicle or motorized vehicle" means any device that is
moved or propelled by an internal combustion engine or electrically
powered motor. It shall include, but not be limited to
automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, motor
bikes, motor-scooters and off-road vehicles, whether or not they
can be licensed to operate on public roads. The term does not
include vessels or personal mobility assistive devices, such as
wheelchairs.

So who's gonna build the first 4x4 Wheelchair? :kiss:


P.S. I think the DNR did a fine job with these rules. They make common sense, a thing that is not so common these days.
