Naches, Reecer creek has seasonal closures. There is "damage" in the same spots every year from people being off trail. Put a LEO there and it wouldn't take long. Other LEO's do stake outs, why not for resource "damage"?

Been telling them that for years but its always the same old story. Not enough money for the LEOs and congress sets the penaltys as well. Maybe their finally gonna wake up and actualy go after the people that do the damage.

I understand what your saying but how do you keep other rigs out of your ruts during the time the tadpoles are growing up to be taste frog legs? Also you need to keep those damn mosquitos from breeding?

You absolutely NEED the mosquitos, they're frog food. The more the frogs, the less the mosquitos. It's a symbiotic relationship. I think we should all go rutting in our back yards, as mosquito control measures.

meadows with more ruts, and deeper ruts that see less traffic will be key to productive frog husbandry.
Granted, other wheelers will kill off many of the tadpoles, this is true. Thru this culling, only the strongest will survive. This will possibly create a new species of frog, that is more resiliant to being driven on. I would name them "Amphibious squishilessness hoppitus"
