Woke up early just about noon, just knew I had to get to reiter soon.

Gotta get drunk before the day begins, before the webwheelers start to ***** about me and my friends.

With that said, I just finished my 9th beer and am going out to load up and hit the road.

Just an idea, but if everyone is worried about how people see those who go wheeling, and we're try to prove that we are taking precautions to prevent damage to the enviroment, make good choices while wheeling and take responsibilty. Doesn't the idea of drinking and wheeling prove just the opposite? Isn't that just an easy thing for them to hold against us or use as a point to help close down local off road areas? I think it would be enough to convince a lot of people.

Bad Idea !

There is more involved sometimes. One thing you have to look at is the perception it gives off. In the attached thread from Planet 4x4 you can get an idea of some of the fall out it can create. We had a drunk off roader roll in one of the areas the greenies have tried to get closed for years. This just gives them more ammo when they go before the legislators. If some one sees you out drinking and wheeling, it can and probably will get back to the general public. Not Good ! JM 2 cents
