Driveshaft carrier bearing.

Re: Driveshaft carrier bearing.

You looking for an actual automotive carrier bearing or just an industrial pillow block bearing like most people run?

If I'm reading correctly, you are wanting to put a bearing on a driveshaft slipyoke (good idea). You'll probably have to turn the OD of the slip yoke to 1.875" and buy a pillow block

$20-40 if you just want a standard pillow block ( 1.875" )
general use pillow blocks are dirt cheap because they sell thousands of them

Or you can get really badass ones up in the $3-400 range...

Only thing I could find on Northern Drivetrain was an OEM type bearing that you use a midship stub with and bolt a yoke on the other side of. Bearing in a big chunk of rubber with a metal strap around it

Not 1310 but getting the info out anyway. If anyone is needing a 1410 carrier bearing setup, look at the rear 2 piece shafts from a 99-up? F250 4x4. The front section of the shaft rides in a rubber encapsulated carrier bearing and is 1410 on all 3 joints, 3' tube diameter. Flange adapters if needed.
I used the front section of the rear shaft, carrier bearing to get from the t-case to the bell housing/engine mount area without cutting the shaft at all. This was on a TH350/241/205 doubler. Works great no vibes and the fit was the best part.
