Ford Dana 60 question

I have a Ford Dana 60 out of a 91 F350. I have not torn it down yet but from my reading the outer shafts should be 30 spline. If I wanted to go to 35 spline outers from what I have heard I need to replace the outer with Chevy knuckle and all of the parts.

Is that correct or totally wrong? In the end I want run Bobby's driveflanges.
