Those of you have done it have you noticed a difference as far as frame twist and flex. Also where are the key areas you plated or boxed. Ive boxed the front of the frame at the spring hangers also took out the factory cross member and replaced with a reciver hitch. I also boxed the frame at the shackels for the front springs. Any input?

What year and model frame are you working with? Sounds like you have a good start.

Its a 90 ramcharger/truck. Its full hydro so no worries as far as steering box beef

I've never worked with a c channel frame but I did plate the inside of what's left of my Toyota frame and wow what a difference. I did additional tubework at the same time but the difference is noticeable and when I hit the frame against the rocks its a solid hit vs what I had before.
