fuel tank wiring

Had to put a new fuel pump the rig. The wires that go to the actually pump are done for. Is there a special kind of wire to run since it will be in gas. Or does just regular wire do the job. I dont plan to make any splices or connections in the tank it self.

Thhn or thwn coated wire. Most standard wire will be fine in gasoline.

Call Alltech motor sports. Can't remember the wire coating but it will hold up to fuel. It's not exactly cheap but what do you need, 2ft at the most?
