Full hydro single ended ram

Just got everything installed. Still loads of air but if truck starts turns left nicely but will not turn right at all. Wheel will turn but very difficult. Shut truck off and it turns right but it's all you can do. Am I just fighting air or is there a problem?

Re:

Raise rig on stands, turn wheel with engine off several times. Check fluid level and repeat.
With the pump running you could be aireating the fluid.
