gm 1ton brake master on toyota

i was sick of never having brakes so i ordered the adapter and fittings from sky. I bought a master locally but the pushrod that comes with the adapter plate seems to be to long. On skys website it shows instructions as to how its installed but mine doesnt fit inside the master. There is a little cone area but no more for the pushrod. Does the pushrod need cut down or do i have the wrong master? I got it all together but it has to be pulled together with the bolts.

I have ordered two of the kits from them. Both went together easily without trimming the pushrod so I would say you don't have the correct master cylinder.

It was indeed the wrong master. I finally got ahold of sky. Some have a flush mount with no pushrod and others need the pushrod.

I have the same setup from them on my buggy works great no problems at all
