Help finding a simple part

I have an Art Carr/winters shifter in my buggy somehow I managed to break off the cable clamp hold down thingy (in pic below with two bolts through it). Does anyone have a place to pick these up or order them? Art Carr wants $45 for a hardware kit.

EDIT:Just found some on McMaster Carr. Anywhere else?
