I was playing around with it this weekend. It might just need a good battery in there. Gets frustrating when your climbing a rock and its doing a front burn and the rears are just sitting there.

It could be a motor issue--pinion issue, gear mesh issue ect that can cause excessive clod stall.

Check the brushes too, they might be a little damaged.

Also check the conections and make sure they are all good on the motor end.

If the rear is bound up hard it may not turn.

You could run 2 speed controls to help with this problem too. One speed control per motor.
