or is the GM 2.8 in the 85 blazer a ***** to work on? to get the bell housing off, you actually have to jack the body up, and you cant get the rear main seal out without dropping the crank.
they told me, "this truck needs a clutch. go ahead and start pulling the tranny & t-case, and if you need help just holler". then, after i got the tranny & t-case loose, i found out that you have to separate them to get them out from under the truck. then, they told me that this is probably one of the hardest vehicles to do this kind of work on, and this is my first time doing anything this involved. good thing i am not on flat-rate. i got the tranny & t-case out right around the time the book said i should have been finishing the re-assembly.:haha: :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha:
