Yep, and it just goes to show how insignificant we humans are, the earth is going to do whatever, wherever, and however it wants and there is absolutely nothing we can do to stop it.

Imagine how much resource damage that just caused. :redneck:

Looking at the pictures and video there is no way the death toll will only be in the hundreds..

It just happened and their tranportation system as well as communication system is crippled. They wont have a clue for weeks as to how many perished. :booo:

Both Mark and his wife are out of Japan. I've sent her a message to make sure her Mom is ok though.

Like many others in the past, he doesn't get on the board much anymore. too much drama. :booo: But as soon as I hear from them for sure, I will let you all know. :awesomework:

This is what really worries me.......

http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/2011-03-11-japan-quake-reactors_N.htm?csp=34news

All the original Japanese press videos had tickers that kept saying.....

"The government's Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency says no abnormal levals of radiation have been reported at four nuclear power plants in the quake-hit Tohoku region."

The US government was rushing mobile power plants to the nuclear sites within an hour of the first quake due to complete power loss at the stations.

The entire area is evacuated as well. I think this is the BIG news of the day. Which way is the Nuclear fall out plume headed? But swirling cars looks cool.

As a side note. Low lands are farm lands. How do you un-contaminate hundreds of thousands of hectares of land? What are the long term effects of eating food farmed in these areas once farming commences again?

:booo:

OMG did you see that floating Toyota 4x4 truck.......... it rubbed up on that tree. And broke a branch off that tree......... and knocked down that tree.... and then sank in the whirlpool. Damn 4X4 people have no respect !!!

I just got news from one of my best friends dad who is on the aircraft carrier stationed in japan, he is alive and well and they are working on rescue efforts now.

I cannot in the slightest way even image anything close to this watching some of these videos it just seems so unreal.
