Just like most of you guys, I've been very affected by John G passing.
I didn't know the man very well, not as much as some of yall, but I've been fortunate enough to wheel with him a couple of times and chit chat with him on the forums.
IRL, he was exactly like his reputation, if not better.
After hearing the bad new at RBD, I just wanted to do something to remember him.
Someone here talked about printing some stickers and I thought that was a great idea.
I asked Ricky B for permission to use one of his picture, which he obliged and I did my best to design something that represents the man.
My photoshop skills are not amazing, far from it, but here is what I came up with :
Alex, from the Crazy Kajun guys down in Louisiana runs a printing business and he gave me a great deal on a few of these, printed in a 4" diameter fashion.
They are for sale at $5 shipped, and all the profits made go to Nan (John's wife)'s charity, Daughter of the Nile.
I know this is not going to bring John back and I wish I could do more, but this is what I can do. I hope seeing those stickers on some rigs just to remind us of the great moments spent with him.
If you are interested, please answer underneath with how many stickers you want and I'll update the list on top.
When I receive them from printing, I'll send you guys my paypal address to transfer the money and you'll be able to send me your mailing address.
When all stickers are sold or the interest fades away, I'll post a picture/screenshot of the donation.
Please note this is a limited run and I have a limited supply of stickers (100 made), first come first serve.
Edit : It looks like there is a bigger interest than I anticipated. If we can get to another 100 I'll order a second batch.
