I can mill, drill and tap the same day, $50. Ball joints need to be removed. I can supply a hi-steer arm too.

Yes. Mill flat, drill, chamfer and tap a passenger side flat top knuckle. I have one to do tomorrow.

Not typically... most flat top chevy 44 knuckles are already milled/drilled/tapped on the driver's side because that's where they mount the J-arm for the push-pull steering.

On a Chevy the drivers side is already milled and drilled. On a Jeep Dana 44, neither side is milled and drilled from the factory.
